What it is
My Notes is the AI note taker built into the Zoom Workplace app. It transcribes meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and other platforms without a bot joining, and it records in-person conversations from the mobile app. It writes summaries, key takeaways and next steps, and expands the notes you type during the meeting. Zoom also writes meeting summaries for Zoom calls, and ZoomMate, a paid add-on, adds agents and workflows.
Paid Zoom Workplace plans include it, from Pro at $16.99 per user a month ($14.16 billed annually), and My Notes is sold on its own from $8.33 a month billed annually, which allows 3 in-person transcriptions a month. The free Basic plan allows 3 uses of My Notes a month, and its Zoom meetings end at 40 minutes. ZoomMate costs $20 per user a month ($16.67 billed annually).
