Read AI joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls to produce transcripts, summaries, highlights and action items, and includes a meeting coach. Ask Read searches across your meetings, emails and messages and answers with citations. It comes with a Chrome extension for Gmail and Google Calendar, apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, an API, MCP access and connectors for Claude and ChatGPT, plus integrations such as Slack, Notion, Salesforce and HubSpot on paid plans.
The free plan allows 5 meeting transcripts and reports a month, meetings up to an hour, and no file uploads or playback. Pro costs $15 per user a month billed annually ($19.75 monthly), removes the monthly cap, allows meetings up to 4 hours and adds Claude and GPT models to search. Audio and video playback starts on Enterprise.
