What it is
Fireflies.ai sends a notetaker bot into Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other call apps, or captures notes without a bot through its desktop app. It produces transcripts in 100+ languages, AI summaries and action items, and its assistant AskFred answers questions about your meetings. You can search transcripts, make clips and upload audio or video files, and it has iOS and Android apps, a Chrome extension, an API, and CRM and app integrations.
The free plan includes transcription but only limited AI summaries and 400 minutes of storage per team, so older meetings fill it up. Pro costs $10 per seat a month billed annually ($18 monthly) and adds unlimited summaries, video recording and downloads. Business, $19 billed annually ($29 monthly), adds conversation intelligence and team analytics.
