What it is
Kimi is the assistant from Moonshot AI, a Beijing company, running its K3 model. Besides chat, it has agent modes for Slides, Deep Research, Docs, Sheets, Design and Build, which create files and websites from a request. It works in the browser and in iOS and Android apps.
It suits people who want an assistant that produces finished files rather than only answers. The free plan runs one agent task at a time with limited credits. Plus costs $19 a month ($15 a month billed yearly) and adds more agent credits, website deployment, scheduled tasks and Kimi Code; Pro, Max and Ultra add more credits, and longer context comes on Max and above.
