What it is
Motion combines a calendar, task manager and project tool, and uses AI to schedule tasks into open time around your meetings, replanning when priorities or deadlines change. It also creates and tracks projects with a Gantt view, runs workflows for repeatable processes, offers booking links, a meeting notetaker, AI chat, dashboards and a docs assistant. It runs on the web and has desktop and mobile apps.
There is no free plan, only a free trial. Pro AI costs $19 per seat a month billed annually and includes 7,500 AI credits per seat; Business AI costs $29 billed annually and adds team capacity planning, time tracking and permissions, with 15,000 credits per seat. Annual billing saves about a third.
