What it is
Lovable builds web apps and websites from plain-language chat. Plan mode drafts a plan before any code changes, Build mode makes the edits, and Chat mode lets you discuss the app without touching code. Lovable Cloud hosts the result and adds a built-in backend with a database, authentication, file storage, edge functions and AI features. You own the code and data you create. It runs in the browser, in desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and in iOS and Android apps.
The free plan gives 5 build credits a day, up to 30 a month. Pro starts at $25 a month ($21 billed annually) for 100 credits, and Business costs more. Each message uses credits based on its complexity, so large or repeated changes can drain a plan quickly.
