Bubble lets you generate an app from a prompt, then switch between AI prompting and a visual editor to define the design, database and logic yourself. An AI Agent can add features and help troubleshoot. It includes hosting with automatic scaling, and its mobile builder publishes React Native apps to the iOS App Store and Google Play alongside web apps.
The free plan covers building and testing, with 50,000 workload units a month and one editor, but you need a paid plan to deploy a live version or publish to app stores. Starter costs $59 a month billed annually with 175,000 workload units. Usage is metered in workload units, so busy apps can need a higher tier.
