What it is
Bing Image Creator is Microsoft's free image generator, at bing.com/create and inside the Bing mobile app. You sign in with a personal Microsoft account, choose Microsoft's MAI-Image-2.5-Flash or MAI-Image-2e model, and type a prompt; one creation returns up to four images, and you can upload a photo to edit it.
It suits anyone who wants volume without paying. Each day brings 15 fast creations, then slower standard-speed creations up to 200 prompts in 24 hours; Microsoft Rewards points buy more fast ones. Creations are kept for up to 90 days, so download the ones you want. It does not work with work or school accounts, and Microsoft's terms describe the service as for entertainment and give Microsoft a broad license to what you make.
Best for
- Making lots of images for free without a subscription
- Quick edits to an uploaded photo with a text prompt
- People who already have a Microsoft account
