What it is
Replicate lets developers run AI models with a single API call. Its catalog covers thousands of community open-source models plus official ones such as FLUX, Google's Imagen and Nano Banana, and OpenAI's image models, for images, video, speech, music and text. You can also fine-tune models or package and deploy your own with Cog, its open-source tool, and Replicate scales the hardware for you. It is now part of Cloudflare.
Public models are billed either by output, such as per image, or by the seconds of hardware time they use. You can run select models for free briefly before you are asked to set up billing. Private models run on dedicated hardware and are billed for all the time they are online, including idle time.
